Doug Edens returned home to Branson after living in Boise, Idaho where he owned and operated Doug Edens Realty Services specializing in commercial brokerage and J&E property management companies.
Prior to starting his own company, Doug was a top producing commercial agent with Keller Williams Realty in Boise. While with Keller Williams, Doug received sales awards that placed him in the top one percent of the REALTORS in the DMA. He also was selected by the owner of the company to serve on the Agents Leadership Committee and Finance Committee of what became the number one profitable Keller Williams agency in the country.
Before entering the real estate business, Doug spent over thirteen years with State Farm Mutual Insurance Company, the largest property and casualty insurance company in the world. Doug held various positions including working in their commercial real estate department at their world headquarters.
After graduating from college, Doug spent four years in the U.S. Navy where he served as a staff instructor and nuclear power supervisor on the USS Long Beach. Doug received a Top Secret Security Clearance during his service.
Doug is a graduate of Missouri State University , Navy Nuclear Power College, Branson High School and is a fifth generation native of Taney County.
